With #17166, it appears that .tool-version is supported for Node.js only. This change is released in version [32.199.0](https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/releases/tag/32.199.0).
@dooleyb1 Unfortunately, the only way is to embed the token directly in the `.npmrc` and then run the `firebase deploy` command.

[EasyMDE](https://github.com/Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor) does not use plain textarea. Therefore, react-textarea-autocomplete does not work.
