`fsgnjx.s` instruction is misbehaving with operand-b as infinity

Hello, I can confirm that this issue no longer exists in the latest version of the FPU ([0d3e8c4](https://github.com/openhwgroup/cvfpu/commit/0d3e8c4210409499dd54911068b3e0709d2896fc)).

Undefined width of reg_ena_i at fpnew_divsqrt_multi
