I don't know unfortunately as I only use Lubuntu and I'm not a developer. Perhaps someone else here knows more about this stuff.
I just downloaded and compiled the latest code and i can reliably reproduce the second issue by clicking File, Open and navigating my drive.
I solved this issue by temporarily removing libdecor, deleting the vcpkg folder in the .cache folder and recompiling again. On Lubuntu 22.04 i just deleted vcpkg cache and ran sudo...

On Mesa 22.3.0-devel, Halo 2 splitscreen is no longer 1 fps on my machine. However, the graphics are messed up, so split screen is not playable as yet. See #1237...
