In the light of #1676 I prepared a [plugin](https://github.com/i-net-software/dokuwiki-plugin-contentsecurity). Since we already have the event for sending headers the CSP (and other options) can easily be set using a plugin....

Would be super to have the extended status of a connection as well, such as the scuttle provides.
e.g. Grails seems to solve this. We need different packages for Gradle but it would be nice to have a SPOA for end users.
