Drafting Mono as Fixed Width font on macOS

Drafting Mono is not being treated as a "Fixed Width" font on macOS (as of 12.6.3). This prevents it from being used in coding environments that requires monospaced fonts.

Change Jupyter Lab export menu wording from "Executable Script" to "Stata (.do)"
