Right now the node connects to the live network only. It would be good to be able to connect to the test and beta networks. Possibly using a `--network` argument...

The user probably would benefit from seeing things like: * Current time range * Entries shown vs available within time range * Histogram bar duration Not sure where to put...
Reason for the custom entries is so that companies can mention changes to the configuration or backend changes, etc.
e.g. `app/instance:"something"` will cause an ES error
Haven't looked into it, but here's an example that doesn't collapse: `com.something.MyClass.cake-steak-banana-apple-3`
