Made some small changes that should improve this.. in the long run I'll work on adding a setting to disable coloring, configure custom themes, etc.

In case it helps anyone, what worked for me was `brew install lightgbm` (which also installs `libomp`) then `pip uninstall lightgbm && pip install -U lightgbm`

@rvazarkar I'm also experiencing this. I'm running it through netonly and have proper domain auth (Powerview works fine, old versions of Invoke-Bloodhound work). 

I'm not sure if it's related but I just started having issues with my hubot joining channels. It's worked for the past 6 months until the past couple of days....
