Also related to above is time-handling for JWT which requires a [ignore-time patch in SGXDataCenterAttestationPrimitives](https://github.com/intel/SGXDataCenterAttestationPrimitives/blob/aa239d25a437a28f3f4de92c38f5b6809faac842/external/0001-Add-a-macro-to-disable-time-support-in-jwt-for-SGX.patch#L4) which is used also in our PR #501
