doesn't seem unreasonable to have these markers, so it depends on authors how they want to best highlight their EIP changes
unless you can get the PR to pass all the validations, I am inclined to close the PR as its for a stagnant EIP if you still feel strongly pls...
asset folder is incorrect and not matching with EIP number

its a bounded SSZ list, and that is what the code says. the PR is incorrect and will be closed unless otherwise reasoned by the PR author

there seems to be a similar PR that is trying to reduce redundant property (https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/pull/10823), either remove that change from here or close that PR out
