This is not a build error, this is a debug error. You can't start vmware. But the iso is already builded.
Did you try with VMware? If yes this is the same issue: #2224
  You can't, Cosmos is not supported on rufus. Use an alternative like balenaetcher
btw if you want to build the iso you can only compile it, not start it.

Are you using vs2019 or 2022?
