Deploying [this branch](https://github.com/CDCgov/prime-simplereport/tree/bob/test-fhir-upgrade-branch) that has an extra log statement in the single-entry FHIR flow to dev4 for testing

dev4 deploys with the new version seems to be breaking the bulk upload. this one might need some more work / mobbing, but if someone else finds anything else, feel...

Deployed[ a branch with an extra log output](https://github.com/CDCgov/prime-simplereport/tree/bob/test-fhir-upgrade-branch) to dev4 and verified that the bundle gets generated correctly:
