OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.
If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
Deploying this branch that has an extra log statement in the single-entry FHIR flow to dev4 for testing
dev4 deploys with the new version seems to be breaking the bulk upload. this one might need some more work / mobbing, but if someone else finds anything else, feel free to update
edit: seems actually to be an issue with the HAPI library relying on a parsing dependency used to serialize the bundle. Issue here: https://github.com/hapifhir/hapi-fhir/issues/5736
Went ahead a pushed a branch with a locked sibling dependency as suggested by the open issue. deploying to dev 4 in order to validate
Deployed a branch with an extra log output to dev4 and verified that the bundle gets generated correctly:
