### 功能描述 现在Netch的行为是在启动前的网络活动均是直连而忽略系统级别的HTTP、SOCKS或者PAC代理，但是由于网络不通畅或者其它原因会导致更新订阅、检查更新、更新程序等失败。 而如果Netch可以在启动前遵循系统的全局代理（如果用户没有的话就不说了），就可以解决以上问题。
