For me, the problem was that my python file was also named "discum.py", just like the module. Renaming it to something else fixed it.

This happened to me as well on openSUSE Tumbleweed in vscode-spotify v3.2.1 when trying to refresh my playlists.

Are there any updates on this? I've got the same issue, also on openSUSE with `systemd-devel` intstalled.
