Same error here. I tried to use the solutions recommended by the OP, but it also didn't work. EDIT: Managed to fix it by [disabling UCPD](https://www.elevenforum.com/t/enable-or-disable-userchoice-protection-driver-ucpd-in-windows-11-and-10.24267/) and reapplying the tweaks....
