I had the same issue. Confirmed `rustup.exe` is installed and the directory is included in system and user path. A workaround for me was to copy `wasm-pack-init.exe` into the directory...
Thank you very much for the fast response. Would an additional option be possible to log without color codes? I'd like to keep the timestamps in the logs where possible....
