Then you are using 7.3. Try to use php 7.4 instead. Could be a change between 7.3 and 7.4.

Just tested to build the image, works fine for me. Where do run into this issue?

Hi David, the quick installer could be broken currently. We are not using it in house. The main focus of development is currently OTAnalytics. Not sure when we've got time...
