have you tried without shaders?

try turning up your `Nether Portal Searching Range` in the Server-side configuration of Immersive Portals

if you are on Windows hit `Windows Key + R` and type in `%appdata%\.minecraft\config` and search for the config file that says something like immersive portals fabric
