Pehkui Forge support non-existent

Both issues on Pehkui and Immersive Portals have been closed without anything being done about it. different sized portals work, but scaling doesn't. you can go through a 3x3 portal and come out a 1x1 portal but come out the same size(going out portals smaller than player hitbox is kinda weird but works somehow
