I was finally was able to make it work, firstly i used thermistor pins instead of endstops, the main thing is that S pin from the relay should be connected...
Hm, I don't have multi-meter so I'm not sure about sending a signal, also no, it doesn't shut down immediately, it takes about 5 seconds to turn off.
