fix(getMessages): Emit Error object in "error" event

Didn't really know how to title this, apologies if I got it wrong. Error event `err` param should be type `Error` - https://github.com/abalabahaha/eris/blob/dev/index.d.ts#L711

This causes the incorrect section to be highlighted (see images below). This is a result of these two lines which are run on the dialog being hidden. I fixed it...

  On the export ban list there is some dodgy data being pulled from the DB. When importing bans the data should be filtered to only accept valid data....
