Window resize not handled (partially addressed)

When i resize terminal window i get mess.  Does author consider this a bug? One solution could be to do os.get_terminal_size() periodically.

When using geventclient from ws4py as shown in tutorial, it blocks and doesn't let other greenlets to run.
