我也想过这么搞，但是实际确实不可行，udp2raw 只能作为第一级接入，你如果要中转的话，把中转机放在最前面跑 udp2raw，被中转的机器可以用 tinyportmapper.
关键应该是这一行 ``` esp=aes256-sha256_96,3des-sha1,aes256-sha1! ``` 应该和 libreswan 的 `sha2_truncbug=yes` 等同
