don't show menu entries to users without permissions

If a user doesn't have the right to manage mailboxes, teams or others, the corresponding menu entry shouldn't be visible.

Customers page is always available to everyone.

Teams menu item now is shown to admins only in Teams Module v1.0.18

Mailboxes menu item we'll leave always visible to avoid extra SQL queries.
