Allow Scout to be a default handler for mail

Gmail allows this.

Please allow Scout to support this too.

I would love to see this and according to this documentation it should be relatively easy to implement: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Navigator/registerProtocolHandler/Web-based_protocol_handlers
