FreeScout 1.7.2: after importing translations only App available

At least since the latest version after importing translations there is only the App and not all the installed Modules available for translation.

We can't reproduce the issue. Those who can - try to fix and submit pull request.

1. I can reproduce it on 2 of the 3 FreeScout instances, all three have at least LDAP.
2. The one with only LDAP shows indeed the translations for LDAP
3. FreeScout number 2 has: Block External Images, Custom Folders, Followers, LDAP Integration, Spam Filter, Tags
4. FreeScout number 3 has: Block External Images, Followers, LDAP Integration, Spam Filter, Tags, Two-Factor Authentication

I have a gut feeling it has to do with Block External Images, since I bought and installed it on 2 of the 3, those 2 have the issue.

somehow I think it does download the strings as they are a different amount on the three and all between 5000 and 6000. The only thing is they don't show in the drop-down

Can somebody experiencing this issue please reproduce in the latest version 1.8 or later?
