what should be done when a file cannot be processed ?

This action should be triggered only in certain cases (ie a release build) as it will certainly take some time, and it is complicated to know without opening the file...

I seems it is not possible to set the output size from the command line, I guess we'll have to use imagemagick to do the trick...

This will be usefull in the maven plugin for example : if the output dir is in target, a clean means we'll have to regenerate all images. This would affect...
