Incorrect name of api/GeoIP.dat

In the file `/Botnet/server/API/__init__.py`, the path `api/GeoIP.dat` should be changed to `API/GeoIP.dat`. Edit: and there are a ton of other bugs with it when running, like the login page template...

cannot initdb for server

"./server initdb" doesent work and did "cd server"
