You need to set the scopes when you create the authcontext - default scopes is api access, you need to set it to projectmadeira url as the error states.
It looks like it is trying to build an image - if you remove the imagename parameter, does it then start the container? i.e. try with the simplest container generation....
Downloading and installing 7019 as we speak - let's see. Will try to create a container afterwards.
