i am also not able to click an icon behind conky on Xfce 4.16 with conky 1.11.6 compiled 2020-08-17 for Linux x86_64
Same problem here. Not possible to make desktop icons clickable behind conky on xfce. own_window = false makes it possible to click through, but makes a black background that hides...
Simply make a copy of a file in the folder translations. For example copy https://github.com/Gr1N/EasyPaint/blob/master/sources/translations/easypaint_fr_FR.ts to a file called easypaint_bn_BN.ts and then replace all the french translations with your bengali...

sadly my instruction does not create a really usefull deb file. So there might be maybe a better solution to build a working deb file.

i think, as long as there is nobody maintaining the streams regularly, it is a good idea to use `master.m3u8` instead of `index_3096_av-p.m3u8`
