Thank you Cosimo. I guess my original question is answered there, however some of the results (only the first item of a group is replaced) are surprising.

Did you try to use the `--all` option? It might be better to start fresh?

(doesn’t work). I agree an empty folder should not make the tool stumble, I’ll have a look.

Tables are (afaik) not part of the official .md spec – they are an addition which only works on GitHub.

Yes, I can see that some tests are failing so possibly not the best fix here – do you have a suggestion where else it should go?
