I think this might need to be reopened. Johannes showed me the bug yesterday and it really is impressive. While it may have to do with the OS, it still...

I sometimes would have differing output when the module and application were actually different versions of DrawBot. Could this be the case here?

My Python is `3.7.4 (default, Feb 10 2020, 13:03:45)` `[Clang 11.0.0 (clang-1100.0.33.17)]` My DrawBot is `3.124`

For the record, I observe this on 10.14, and 10.15 Beta. Maybe unrelated, but perhaps worth mentioning: The behavior in the RoboFont 3 code editor is the same.
