Any new updates on this for `deliver` action ? setting `price_tier` seems to pass the checks but it fails on the actual submission making me set the prices manually on...

Anyone able to migrate from jcenter to mavenCentral with this library?

Yes I am and I dont to migrate to anything else since we've been using this for the longest time.
