Bots accounts vs owner one is a typical case. In my case I wanted to make sure I wasn't logged in with a test account.

It was fixed in a49c24b3089a356bc781aed29bc81f029c129518. I've downloaded the script today from pip (`pip install -U table2csv`), and get table2csv-0.1.3.tar.gz. Looks like pip repo was not updated.

As of today it seams all existing vars are integer. Feel free to change ot another var name if you want something else than $page.

failing tests are not related to this PR changes
