I'm in favour of this idea 👍 No experience using the clipboard myself but I know SDL has the APIs for it.
I resolved this with these folks, and they were never in violation of the GPL.
Thanks for the interest. I only ever got halfway to getting this to compile - if I remember, something like 2/3rds of the source files compile in the current state....
