Issue with rotated display

Auto-upload prompts file version conflict over and over again.

Intersecting multipolygon ways is not detected as an error

> @fqdb Could you link to a location where this pattern occurs? It's unclear to me what's going on in the screenshot. It doesn't look like the example you linked...
