@Lokathor i got it built on 32bit bullseye. i used these flags: cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RELEASE -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-march=armv8-a -mtune=cortex-a72" .. and its up and running.  change the renderer to GL. works fine
i can get it to 100% but fails linking the executable. rpi4 bullseye 32bit, kernel 6.1, latest mesa build.
It builds on 32bit bullseye now. I can share a binary or the libretro .so
