[New3D] - semantic map showing error in default dataset
Description Semantic map in new 3D settings panel is showing an error in the "explore sample data" dataset

Steps To Reproduce
- explore sample data
- use new 3D panel
- toggle semantic map topic to visible
- see error next to semantic map
Expected Behavior
- would expect the sample data to not have an error
Actual Behavior
- sample data has error in 3d panel
