migrate panels/log to MUI

Convert the log panel to MUI.

@2metres Is this done? What I've understood from discussion is that we've only partially ported panels/log to MUI. Is there another ticket tracking the remaining work?

We ported all the theming functionality, the fluentui/List is still being used awaiting a decision on which react-virturalization lib we prefer
