I think I have to add an "add paragraph" button, since node selections hide OSK. Delete as well, since keyboard is only way to delete selected hr.

(dragging blocks doesn't work on mobile, so we need move up, down menu buttons)

Would make #65 make more sense... read type / id on first pass, (re)render widget on second.

I think that PM 0.5.(>0) (with [this fix](https://github.com/the-grid/ed/pull/137#issuecomment-200003835)) will make this work.

Switch to markdown? 😉 Higher-level, we could have some linting hints. "h3 shouldn't be more than 128 characters" ... @narrowdesign do you think that would be good in Ed?
