Do not connect the TRRS/TRS after the USB cable has been connected. However, it would be a good idea to add a protection circuit to the TRRS/TRS connector as well....

Thank you for sharing. You can fix it, but connecting it to the circuit is no problem. It may be possible to manufacture it as is.
