https://web-confluence.appspot.com claims that APIs like `SpeechRecognition` and `SpeechSynthesis` are supported in Chrome, but these APIs are currently prefixed only, e.g. `window.SpeechRecognition` is undefined. This is probably because `webkitSpeechRecognition.name` is "SpeechRecognition"....
