Apache 2.0 is better than MIT because it covers a lot of things MIT never considered but you almost certainly want if you want to go the permissive route. If...

Still, Apache 2.0 is an upgrade on MIT and is the license preferred by shapeless :-)

I'd also like to be able to set the `voice`. Looks like `eloud-speech-rate` was introduced for the speed. Adding support for a custom voice seems to be a small change...
