Updating the last_dewarp correctly.

You should only update the last_dewarp tag on the player after actually performing the dewarp. Otherwise you have to keep the item out of your inventory for 4 minutes.

Hiya. I ported PowerConverters to 1.6.4. The only thing that didn't make the conversion was UE, but that can be re-added. This links against the newest IC2, BC, and Factorization....
