Made impress.js look similar to the one from Strut (http://strut.io/) while maintaining behavior of regular impress.js. This pull request includes and builds upon the previous one (#1) about impress compatibility.

Would be nice if this library could be published on clojars.

According to this [JIRA entry](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MATH-1079) the performance of the simplex algorithm has significantly been improved in v3.3.
