It haven't occurred recently.
I found it usually happens when I use it in windows but never occur in Linux.
I have test this just after I install it from pypi as latest version.

运行脚本时提示的是hd0,gpt3 但grub里说hd0,gpt3是unknown filesystem
不能看到，但是WinRE在(hd0,gpt4)，windows11的boot分区在(hd0,gpt1)
