@Thiwico I was able to solve it. It was a Letsencrypt SSL certificate issue. Revoke the old SSL associated with your domain and rerun the BBB installation script. This worked...
`sudo certbot revoke --cert-name example.com` Use the above code to revoke the SSL

Dont install BBB 3 its in beta or alpha only cant be used for production.
