Was this ever cleared up? I run in this issue 6 years later...

Hmm, it's very strange, the menu in `de` in firefox looks like that:  Like I said in English everything is fine, also in chrome everything is fine regardless of...

I just tried on https://jsoneditoronline.org/ where everything works fine, no matter the language. Also, there is no translation from "tree" to "Baum" like in my example above. weird.

I tried with the plugin enabled and disabled. Both ways don't work, unfortunately. I'm wondering, there are not more people who run into this problem...
