I also moved all the AG scrapers into a new folder `juriscraper/opinions/united_states/attorney_general` And moved all the previously added ones into that directory

This is interesting, @mlissner any reason why these never got run. There is something keeping them from running smoothly today, but they were completed and stretch back to 2010/11 years...
