CA5 and backscrape option

Is there any technical reason why there is no backscrape option for ca5? Their website features a post-method search that allows entering start and end dates. The results are client-side paginated so I'd guess something like selenium would be able to change the page for backscraping.

We just haven't developed backscrapers for everything. If somebody wanted to make one, we'd encourage it.

Okay, I will work on that. Also, I may rewrite CA8.py since it only reads rss page.
